Mechanical Assembler

About the role

The Mechanical Assembler will assemble and fine‑tune mechanical components and systems according to engineering specifications, ensuring precision and quality. The role includes performing inspections, using measuring instruments, and supporting equipment maintenance while strictly following safety and technical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble units, components and mechanisms of machines based on engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Fit, finish, mark and adjust parts prior to assembly.
• Install, align and test assembled units and mechanisms.
• Mount and secure components using hand and power tools, presses and fixtures.
• Perform drilling, threading, filing, grinding, polishing and other fitting operations.
• Inspect assembly quality and eliminate detected defects.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams and specifications.
• Maintain technological discipline and accuracy standards during assembly.
• Use measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, indicators and gauges.
• Comply with occupational safety, health and fire protection regulations.
• Participate in maintenance and repair of production equipment when required.

Required profile

• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Responsibility, discipline and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Basic mechanical engineering knowledge, machine design and assembly methods.
• At least 3 years of experience in mechanical assembly or a similar field.
• Ability to read mechanical and assembly drawings, diagrams and technical documentation.
• Fluency in English and Russian.
• Willingness to relocate to Cyprus.
