Marketing & Brand Manager – Cyprus

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing & Brand Manager to lead the strategic direction of our portfolio in Cyprus. You will work closely with the Commercial and global marketing teams to strengthen brand presence and achieve commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual marketing and brand plans aligned with global strategies.
• Define brand positioning, pricing, promotions and execute across On‑Trade and Off‑Trade channels.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and support new product launches.
• Plan and deliver marketing campaigns, trade shows, festivals, tastings, sponsorships and brand activations.
• Oversee POS materials, packaging adaptations, promotional assets and creative content.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives, social media, influencer collaborations, PR activities and online brand presence.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to produce product presentations, training materials, catalogues and customer proposals.
• Build relationships with suppliers, distributors, agencies, media partners and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate marketing projects with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Procurement.
• Monitor brand performance, market trends, competitor activity and campaign effectiveness.
• Prepare regular reports for management and international brand owners.
• Manage marketing budgets, A&P spending, supplier negotiations and ROI.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of trade marketing and brand management experience in an FMCG environment.
• At least 3 years of experience executing brand activations and marketing events following a global strategy.
• Solid knowledge of marketing campaign planning and execution in the wines and/or spirits industry.
• Proven track record in brand P&L management and effective execution across modern and traditional trade.
