Legal Officer – In‑House Counsel

About the role

FxPro is seeking a Legal Officer to join its international fintech team. You will provide day‑to‑day legal support, advising management and internal departments on a broad range of legal and regulatory matters.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support to management and internal departments.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, NDAs and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and interpret applicable laws and regulations.
• Ensure company policies and business practices comply with relevant legal requirements.
• Monitor legislative changes and advise stakeholders on potential impacts.

Required profile

• Law degree (LL.B., LL.M., or equivalent).
• Minimum 1‑2 years of relevant legal experience.
• Fluent English; knowledge of Greek is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Google Drive.
• Familiarity with Adobe tools.
