Internal Investigations Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Internal Investigations Manager to lead fraud investigations across our global operations. You will own the full investigation lifecycle, from evidence collection to presenting findings, while identifying systemic issues to strengthen our controls.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end fraud investigations across multiple countries, ensuring timely closure.
• Gather, preserve, and document digital and operational evidence following chain‑of‑custody best practices.
• Conduct structured interviews (in‑person or video) with whistleblowers, witnesses, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare clear investigation reports and case summaries for senior stakeholders.
• Identify control gaps and recommend remediation actions.
• Detect systemic fraud patterns, perform root‑cause analysis, and translate findings into actionable improvements.
• Monitor implementation of corrective controls across business units.
• Participate in cross‑team knowledge‑sharing sessions and contribute to continuous improvement of investigation methodologies, including responsible AI use.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification – mandatory.
• 7+ years of experience managing investigations from intake through reporting.
• Professional proficiency in Russian and English.
• Strong analytical, objective, and confidential approach with high emotional intelligence.

• OSINT, link analysis, and relationship mapping.
• Experience with NUIX and Relativity for digital evidence handling.
• Data analytics and investigative data‑analysis tools.
