Lead SEO – Drive Organic Growth for Fintech

About the role

FxPro, a leading international fintech company, is looking for a Lead SEO to own the growth and commercial success of its organic search channel. You will head a dedicated team, define the overall search strategy and unlock massive organic growth for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO/GEO strategies to boost rankings and organic traffic.
• Conduct deep technical and on‑page SEO audits to optimise site performance and health.
• Monitor competitors, market trends and algorithm updates to pivot strategy quickly.
• Collaborate with developers, content creators and marketing teams to embed SEO best practices across the business.
• Create and optimise SEO content at scale, providing clear guidelines for copywriters.
• Lead, manage and empower the SEO team to achieve commercial targets.

Required profile

• Deep expertise in Google Search algorithms, ranking factors and modern indexing principles.
• Expert‑level knowledge of technical and on‑page SEO.
• Daily use of GA4 and enterprise SEO tools for data analysis.
• Good understanding of website architecture, HTML and basic JavaScript.
• Hands‑on experience with structured data, meta tags and schema markup.
• Experience leveraging AI tools and automation pipelines to scale SEO operations.
• Proactive, analytical and strictly data‑driven mindset.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to navigate major algorithm shifts.
• Proven leadership experience managing a team and guiding cross‑functional projects.
• High autonomy with the ability to run multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.
• Continuous learning mentality to stay ahead of a fast‑moving industry.
