Junior Legal Counsel

About the role

Colibrix One builds AI-powered payment technologies for PSPs, EMIs and neobanks across the EU and UK, and is a licensed EMI and principal member of VISA and Mastercard. It is seeking a Junior Legal Counsel in Limassol to support corporate governance, manage legal documentation and assist the Legal and Compliance teams with day-to-day tasks, including maintaining legal records and coordinating with external providers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, collect and organise legal and corporate documents
• Support management of legal entities and beneficial ownership structures
• Assist in corporate governance and internal structuring processes
• Draft and review legal documents and contracts
• Monitor deadlines and maintain accurate legal records
• Coordinate with external legal providers and registrars
• Prepare ad hoc legal reports and summaries
• Support the Legal and Compliance team with daily operational tasks

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience supporting legal or compliance functions, preferably in a financial or regulated environment
• Fluency in English and Russian, written and spoken
• Experience with corporate governance and legal documentation is a plus
