About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Technical Support professional to join a public sector organization in Nicosia, Cyprus. This entry‑level position offers a fast start for recent graduates passionate about technology and eager to develop their skills in a supportive, innovative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support for computers, software and network infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on‑site.
• Manage user accounts, Active Directory and email services.
• Install, configure and upgrade applications and operating systems.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering or related field.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and good communication skills.
• Motivation to start a career in IT support.
