Hotel VIP Services Manager – Israel Market

About the role

The VIP Services Manager leads the delivery of exceptional experiences for Israeli and other VIP guests at our hotel in Cyprus. Working closely with the Front Office and other departments, you will ensure a seamless, personalized journey from arrival to departure, adhering to Forbes Standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a visible presence in the lobby, welcoming and assisting VIP guests throughout their stay.
• Monitor performance standards across the hotel and report issues promptly.
• Resolve any concerns raised by Israeli guests, ensuring expectations are exceeded.
• Coordinate with all hotel departments, delegating tasks to meet operational requirements.
• Develop and improve departmental procedures to increase efficiency and guest service quality.
• Enforce credit policies and accurate cashier standards to prevent revenue loss.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel events and facilities to provide accurate guest information.
• Work with the Transportation Department to arrange arrivals and departures for VIP guests.
• Support the Front Office team in meeting Forbes Standards.
• Maintain accurate VIP guest profiles, preferences, and special requests.
• Monitor guest feedback, implement corrective actions, and report improvement opportunities.
• Ensure strict confidentiality of all guest information.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality, preferably in a VIP or guest‑relations role.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with high‑profile guests.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach to anticipating guest needs.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple hotel departments.
