Hotel Reservations Assistant – Ayia Napa

About the role

The Reservations Assistant works on‑site in Ayia Napa, handling all aspects of room bookings for Atlantica Hotels & Resorts. This full‑time position ensures that guest inquiries are answered promptly and that reservation data is accurate.

Key responsibilities

• Manage room reservations, modifications and cancellations using the hotel reservation system.
• Respond to guest queries via phone and email, providing information on room types, rates and availability.
• Update reservation databases promptly and accurately.
• Promote hotel services and special offers to support sales targets.
• Collaborate with front‑office and sales teams to optimise occupancy.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.

Required profile

• Strong experience in reservations or booking management, preferably within hospitality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer‑service orientation with the ability to handle diverse guest needs.
• Sales‑related abilities such as upselling room categories and promoting packages.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Organisational and time‑management skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Greek or other European) are a plus.
