Chef de Partie

About the role

The Nines Hotel is looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join its dynamic culinary team in Ayia Napa. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality dishes and maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present high‑quality dishes within your assigned section.
• Ensure food is prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and consistency.
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards in accordance with HACCP procedures.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
• Train and support junior kitchen team members.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef de Partie ready for the next step.
• Good knowledge of international and Mediterranean cuisine.
• Understanding of HACCP and food safety standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• EU work authorization or legal eligibility to work in Cyprus.
