Junior Accountant

About the role

We are a dynamic hospitality group in Agia Napa looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The role involves daily bookkeeping, supporting payroll, and ensuring compliance with tax obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Enter daily accounting records, including purchase invoices, expenses and payments.
• Reconcile bank accounts, cash registers and card transactions.
• Monitor supplier and customer balances.
• Assist in payroll preparation and issuance of related documents.
• Handle basic tax duties such as VAT and VIES in cooperation with an external auditor.
• Maintain general filing and provide administrative support to the accounting department.

Required profile

• LCCI Higher or Intermediate diploma, or a high‑school diploma with an accounting focus.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar accounting role; hospitality experience is a plus.
• Very good command of Greek and English.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with accounting software.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
