Head of Technology Operations

About the role

FP Markets Group is seeking a full‑time Head of Technology Operations for its Cyprus office. You will lead multiple technology teams, ensuring reliable, secure, and high‑availability services across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage Technology Operations, including Infrastructure & Cloud, IT Operations, Application Support, Business Systems, CRM, and Trading Platform Operations.
• Ensure day‑to‑day availability of business‑critical services, establish service ownership, and define escalation processes.
• Coordinate response to major incidents, drive continuous improvement in incident management and operational resilience.
• Oversee backup, recovery, business continuity testing, and change‑release readiness.
• Manage technology suppliers, budgets, and third‑party service providers.
• Develop and mentor managers and specialists, handling workforce planning and succession.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading multiple technology operations teams or large service providers.
• Strong background in high‑availability, business‑critical environments.
• Demonstrated success improving service reliability, incident response, and change management.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Limassol (hybrid after probation).
