Senior PHP Developer – Billing Team (Relocation to Cyprus)

About the role

Freedom Finance Technologies, a Cyprus‑based fintech, is expanding its Billing team and seeks a Senior PHP Developer. The role is office‑based in Limassol with a hybrid work option.

Key responsibilities

• Implement new modules and integrate external services into web applications.
• Deploy code to production, estimate tasks, and contribute to product infrastructure design for stability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business requirements.

Required profile

• 6+ years of backend or full‑stack development experience, including 5+ years of hands‑on PHP.
• Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, design patterns, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with Linux command line, Git, and automated testing.

Required skills

• PHP (Laravel, Symfony, Zend Framework or Yii).
• SQL and relational databases.
• Git (command line) and Linux server setup.
• CI/CD pipelines; knowledge of WebSockets is a plus.
