Head of Media & Partnerships, Marketing

About the role

The Head of Media & Partnerships leads the Marketing Division’s media function, driving expansion of the agency’s media network, strategic partnerships and commercial growth. You will shape the department’s strategy, oversee a media research team and ensure high‑quality proposals that support business development.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Media & Partnerships strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and develop the Media team, fostering collaboration and performance.
• Expand and strengthen the agency’s global media and partnership network.
• Create commercial media proposals for new business and existing clients.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Sales and Account Management to deliver tailored media solutions.
• Maintain and improve the media database and related operational processes.
• Monitor departmental performance, analyse results and implement efficiency initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key media partners and industry contacts.
• Lead media research activities to ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Prepare strategic updates and performance reports for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in media relations, partnerships, PR or communications.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with execution capability.
• Excellent leadership and people‑management skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
