Head of Marketing & Brand (Internal Project)

About the role

We are building a B2B payment gateway that enables merchants to accept and send funds while complying with PCI DSS and 3‑DS standards. As Head of Marketing & Brand you will shape the market presence, brand strategy and go‑to‑market execution for this internal project.

Key responsibilities

• Define the value proposition, visual identity and tone of voice, translating complex payment‑tech concepts into clear commercial messaging.
• Lead end‑to‑end GTM planning and product launches for new features, integrations and target markets in close partnership with Product and Sales.
• Own the corporate website strategy, UX and conversion optimisation, ensuring alignment with product releases.
• Direct the content engine (LinkedIn, customer stories, blogs) and produce sales collateral such as pitch decks, one‑pagers and launch kits.
• Manage the marketing team, oversee campaign execution, event presence and track performance metrics across pipeline contribution and feature adoption.
• Conduct competitor analysis and leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) to accelerate research, content creation and GTM execution.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, fintech or payment‑technology marketing.
• Strong product‑marketing and GTM expertise with a collaborative leadership style.
• Deep understanding of payment orchestration, PSPs, acquiring, routing, tokenisation and fraud solutions.
• Excellent storytelling, communication and analytical skills.
• Experience managing websites, digital content and brand strategy.
