Group Marketing Officer

About the role

The Group Marketing Officer will lead the planning and execution of in‑country marketing programmes, coordinate vendor‑specific initiatives and develop product and corporate communications across offline and digital channels. Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, you will work closely with local teams, vendors and product managers to achieve quarterly and yearly objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement in‑country marketing plans in collaboration with local teams, vendors and product managers.
• Prepare budget forecasts, ROI calculations and ensure activities stay within allocated budgets and comply with company and vendor guidelines.
• Document all activities in the internal CRM and vendor portals, monitor performance and submit claims on time.
• Drive strategic channel‑partner programmes, customer events, reward and incentive initiatives.
• Manage sell‑through programmes and channel promotions for assigned product lines.
• Support the organisation of external and internal events, trade shows and exhibitions.
• Source and publish website and social‑media content to increase web traffic and brand awareness.
• Assist the central marketing team with corporate material production such as presentations, brochures, newsletters and stationery.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, preferably within IT distribution or services.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent command of English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and vendor portals.
