Stakeholder Engagement, Events & Challenges Expert

About the role

NTU International is looking for a Stakeholder Engagement, Events & Challenges Expert to support the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme. The role focuses on mobilising stakeholders, organising institutional events, running innovation competitions and facilitating B2B/B2G matchmaking across the Africa‑EU space ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Mobilise and engage stakeholders across the Africa‑EU space sector.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver institutional events and outreach activities.
• Design and manage innovation competitions and challenge programmes.
• Facilitate B2B and B2G matchmaking to promote collaboration and investment.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three‑year programme) in communication, international relations, event management, social sciences or related field.
• At least three years of professional experience in stakeholder engagement, event organisation or ecosystem mobilisation.
• Minimum one year of experience supporting institutional events, outreach, innovation competitions or matchmaking activities.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
