Food & Beverage Manager

About the role

The Food & Beverage Manager leads the overall operation of the assigned F&B business unit within an international hotel or resort. Working closely with outlet managers, the role drives profitability, guest satisfaction, and the implementation of new concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior leadership in succession planning and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct regular briefings with Outlet Managers and Assistant Managers to align on goals.
• Assist outlets in preparing and submitting budget requirements.
• Guide outlet teams to meet annual business plans, KPIs, financial targets, and training objectives.
• Oversee the launch of new products and product lines across outlets.
• Monitor service and product quality, ensuring compliance with brand standards.
• Utilise electronic systems for payroll, recruitment/HR, POS, reservation, ordering, and guest feedback.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and customer‑focused feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of progressive management experience in international hotels, resorts, or high‑end F&B departments.
• Experience with Forbes 5‑star or Michelin‑star concepts is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop outlet managers and their teams.
• Strong analytical skills for budgeting, forecasting and profit‑and‑loss analysis.

• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.
