Commis BOH (Back of House Assistant)

The Commis BOH will support the kitchen and stewarding teams to ensure a smooth operation.

Key responsibilities

• Polish all cutleries and crockeries to a high standard.
• Provide necessary equipment to the kitchen team from the stewarding area.
• Maintain cleanliness of restaurant areas according to standards.
• Attend team briefings and communicate effectively with supervisors and co‑workers.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality/F&B.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
• Good oral and written English.
• Attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
