About the role

The Trainee Dealer ensures all gaming activities are carried out with the highest standards of efficiency, security and customer service, following the company’s established procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Deal games at the highest quality standards in line with company procedures.
• Explain gaming rules clearly and answer client questions.
• Maintain confidentiality as required by company policy.
• Ensure payment accuracy and adjust dealing techniques as directed by management.
• Stay updated on gaming rules, promotions and legal requirements in Cyprus.
• Welcome guests, maintain visual contact, and greet regular customers by name.
• Provide clear operational feedback to management when requested.
• Use gaming equipment safely and carefully on the tables.

Required profile

• Ability to work 24/7 shifts and stand for long periods.
• Motivation to adapt to a fast‑paced, crowded environment.
• Trustworthy, well‑presented, outgoing and self‑motivated.
• High commitment to delivering results and improving customer service.
• Integrity and accountability for achieving agreed objectives.

Required skills

• Fluent communication in English (additional languages a plus).
• Strong mathematical abilities.
