Drink Equipment Asset Specialist

About the role

The Drink Equipment Asset Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and availability of drink equipment assets. This role supports business performance by monitoring KPIs, preparing reports, and driving continuous improvement across the equipment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor drink equipment availability and operational KPIs, maintaining accurate allocation records.
• Prepare and share performance reports to support business decisions and improvement initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal customers (Sales, Finance, Procurement) and external 3PL partners through regular communication.
• Ensure compliance with Business Unit policies, Group guidelines, and Health & Safety requirements.
• Contribute to the preparation and implementation of the Drink Equipment Business Plan.
• Manage purchase requisitions for new equipment assets and support CapEx planning and tracking.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering, Finance, Logistics or a related field.
• Very good command of English.
• Understanding of cost control and financial principles.
• Experience in 3PL management or project/change management is an advantage.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word.
• Good knowledge of SAP.
• Familiarity with BW Reporting.
