Assistant to Commercial & Procurement Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and organized Assistant to support the Commercial and Procurement Manager in Limassol. The role involves overseeing warehouse operations, coordinating procurement activities and ensuring smooth material flow across departments.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, internal movements and dispatches, ensuring accurate recording in the information system.
• Coordinate and manage orders from the warehouse to factory departments and customer orders, preparing picking and packing lists following FIFO procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, semi‑finished and finished products, conduct regular stock‑taking and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Drive the procurement cycle to guarantee timely receipt of raw materials and packaging, record invoices and inform the Warehouse Manager of scheduled deliveries.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability and cost‑effective procurement.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality Control and Accounting to ensure efficient supply‑chain operations and material flow.
• Provide support to other departments as needed to maintain overall operational efficiency.

What we offer

• Competitive gross salary ranging from €19,800 to €22,800 per year, based on experience.
• 13th month salary.
