Digital Transformation Project Manager, Technology & AI Services

About the role

PwC is looking for a Digital Transformation Project Manager to join its growing Technology & AI Services team in the Nicosia office. You will help organisations drive digital, technology and operational transformation, working with clients from both the Government and Private Sectors. The role combines advisory and delivery work, guiding clients from strategy through execution.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on digital transformation, business improvement and technology-enabled change.
• Assess current business and technology environments and identify optimisation and digitisation opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to understand priorities and strategic objectives.
• Develop transformation strategies, target-state operating models, business cases and implementation roadmaps.
• Analyse and redesign business processes to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Establish governance structures, delivery frameworks and change management activities.
• Manage project scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets and resources, and lead multidisciplinary teams and vendors.
• Monitor risks, issues and performance metrics, and manage project finances and resource use.
• Prepare executive presentations, roadmaps and reports for senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in digital transformation, technology consulting, business advisory, project management or a similar professional services environment.
• Proven track record delivering digital transformation and business improvement initiatives.
• Experience building roadmaps, business cases, process improvements and operating models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both Greek and English.
• PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage; additional certifications in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, Cloud, ERP or Data & AI are an asset.

Required skills

• Project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum and Waterfall.
• Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence and Microsoft 365.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
