Courier Operations Manager

About the role

As the Courier Operations Manager for Bolt in Cyprus, you will own end‑to‑end courier operations, from designing processes to building and leading the team. You will work closely with couriers on the ground, analyse performance data and develop supply models to boost efficiency and earnings.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, manage and scale courier operations across the Cyprus market.
• Create, improve and optimise operational processes.
• Monitor and enhance delivery metrics to ensure excellent user, courier and partner experience.
• Identify and resolve operational blockers such as supply forecasting, working hands‑on in the field.
• Develop operational and financial models to optimise each delivery component.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve courier‑related goals.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain or related field.
• 3+ years experience in operations, last‑mile delivery, logistics, consultancy or analytics.
• Analytical thinker comfortable with complex problem solving.
• Proactive owner who drives process improvements.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets.
• Data visualisation tools such as Looker, PowerBI or Tableau (a plus).
