E-Commerce Picker

About the role

The E‑Commerce Picker supports day‑to‑day operations of the online business, ensuring a seamless customer journey across all digital platforms. The role involves accurately selecting products from warehouse shelves based on customer orders and preparing them for packing and shipping.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily management of the e‑commerce platform, keeping products, pricing and content up to date.
• Monitor website performance and flag issues related to product availability, navigation or user experience.
• Track and update stock availability in collaboration with Supply Chain and Retail teams.
• Assist with order management, including processing, returns and customer queries.
• Pick and pack items according to order sheets or electronic systems, ensuring accuracy in selection, quantities and labeling.
• Prepare orders for shipment by packing, labeling and staging.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts where certified.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and report damaged or missing inventory.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies and meet productivity targets.

• Comfortable working with systems, including e‑commerce platforms and ERP solutions.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Interest in fashion, retail and digital trends.

Required skills

• Experience with e‑commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., D365) – a plus.
• Operation of warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
