About the role

Key responsibilities

• Run food to the appropriate table, using the correct dish announcement and ensuring top‑level service according to LPM standards.
• Support the Chef de Rang in maintaining tables throughout service.
• Communicate efficiently with teammates and attend all team briefings.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or F&B industry.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
• Fluent in English.
• Professional appearance and demeanour.
• Passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence.
