Claims Advisory Senior Executive

About the role

Marsh is seeking a highly capable Claims Advisory Senior Executive to provide expert advice and support to clients on complex, high‑value claims. The role involves managing claims through their full lifecycle, collaborating with insurers, adjusters, legal representatives and internal teams to achieve favourable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide claims advisory support on complex and high‑value matters.
• Manage claims from notification to resolution, ensuring timely progress.
• Review policy wording, claim documentation and coverage issues.
• Prepare high‑quality claims submissions and correspondence.
• Liaise with insurers, adjusters, legal representatives and internal colleagues.
• Maintain accurate records and support client relationship management.
• Mentor and guide junior team members as required.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Qualifications in insurance and/or law are advantageous.
• Professional insurance qualifications or progress toward them desirable.
• Proven experience in claims handling, advisory or related professional services.
• Experience with complex or commercial claims preferred.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
