Claims Advisory Senior Executive

About the role

Marsh is seeking a highly capable Claims Advisory Senior Executive to provide expert advice and support to clients on complex, high‑value claims. The role involves managing claims through their full lifecycle, working closely with insurers, adjusters, legal representatives and internal teams to achieve favourable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide claims advisory support on complex and high‑value matters.
• Manage claims from notification to resolution, ensuring timely progress.
• Review policy wording, claim documentation and coverage issues.
• Prepare high‑quality claims submissions and correspondence.
• Liaise with insurers, adjusters, legal representatives and internal colleagues.
• Maintain accurate records and support client relationship management.
• Mentor and guide junior team members as required.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; insurance or law qualifications advantageous.
• Proven experience in claims handling, advisory or related professional services, preferably with complex commercial claims.
• Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
• Experience preparing reports, submissions or advisory documentation.
