Business Development Executive

About the role

TechBiz Global is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to join a client’s team in Nicosia. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building a sales pipeline and establishing strategic partnerships within the telecom sector.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify new business opportunities.
• Create and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships to expand business.
• Drive the end‑to‑end sales process with new clients.
• Prepare and submit contracts to new clients.
• Represent the company positively in the marketplace.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (advantageous).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Established professional network.
• Interest or basic knowledge of telecom solutions.
• Strong initiative, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Organised, result‑driven and able to meet deadlines.
• Clean driving licence (company car provided).
• Fluent in Russian and English.
