Brand Ambassador (French & English)

About the role

CRAE GROUP is seeking a bilingual Brand Ambassador to act as the main point of contact for both prospective and existing customers. The role combines customer service, relationship building, and sales support within a fast‑growing B2B environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for customers, maintaining regular communication and fostering long‑term relationships.
• Respond promptly and empathetically to inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about product features, promotions, and updates to effectively showcase value.
• Identify and pursue revenue‑generating opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports on customer data, analytics, and engagement metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer‑facing role with a proven track record.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and French; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer literacy and typing ability.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment.
• Proactive, service‑oriented mindset.
• Residency in Cyprus.
