Barista – Office Coffee Specialist

About the role

Mayflower is looking for an experienced Barista to run the in‑office coffee bar for its Limassol team. You will create a welcoming coffee experience, support daily office routines, and contribute to a vibrant workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and related beverages with precision.
• Customize drinks according to individual preferences, including alternative milks and dietary requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized coffee station and perform routine equipment cleaning and maintenance.
• Monitor inventory, coordinate restocking with office management, and ensure food‑safety compliance.
• Engage with employees, foster community around the coffee bar, and support office events.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a barista in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to corporate office culture and work regular office hours.
• Commitment to a clean, organized workspace and healthy lifestyle.

Required skills

• Coffee brewing techniques and espresso machine operation.
• Knowledge of alternative milk options and dietary preferences.
• Relevant coffee certification (optional but advantageous).
