About the role
Marsh is seeking an Associate Accountant to join its Limassol (Michaelides) office. The role focuses on day‑to‑day accounting operations, emphasizing reconciliations, accuracy, and timely delivery in a fast‑paced environment. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong financial controls.
Key responsibilities
- Perform bank reconciliations, investigate variances and ensure timely clearance of outstanding items.
- Complete supplier and customer reconciliations, identify discrepancies and support resolution.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation in line with internal controls.
- Prepare routine reports and analyses using Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills.
- Hands‑on experience with bank, supplier and customer reconciliations.
