AI Agents Solutions Architect - Finance

About the role

We are looking for an AI Agents Solutions Architect to design and build an AI‑native finance operating system for a leading global crypto exchange. The role combines deep finance‑operations knowledge with cutting‑edge automation and AI expertise to streamline close cycles, reconciliations, treasury monitoring, reporting and regulatory controls.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and map current finance operations, identifying manual bottlenecks and integration failures across systems such as NetSuite, BlackLine, Kyriba, Fireblocks and Lukka.
• Benchmark existing processes against best‑in‑class practices and emerging AI capabilities to create a prioritized automation roadmap.
• Collaborate with accounting, FP&A, treasury and finance‑operations teams to translate pain points into concrete automation requirements.
• Design the long‑term architecture for an agentic finance platform, defining data pipelines, system interactions and control frameworks.
• Evaluate the existing finance‑systems stack from first principles and propose simplifications that enhance scalability and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance operations, preferably within a regulated, global financial or crypto environment.
• Strong background in designing and implementing automation solutions that address complex financial workflows.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with accounting, treasury, FP&A and compliance teams.
