Retail Sales Advisor

About the role

As a Sales Advisor you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will welcome customers, guide them through the store and support them in finding what they need while showcasing H&M products.

Key responsibilities

• Share fashion and product knowledge to help customers make informed choices.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service throughout the customer journey.
• Ensure the sales floor and back‑of‑house are well‑stocked, organized and inviting.
• Support opening and closing procedures of the store.
• Represent yourself and the brand positively during all customer interactions.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service within fashion, retail or similar fields is an advantage.
• Passion for helping customers and an interest in fashion or retail.
• Thrives in collaborative and dynamic environments.
• Communicative, creative and curious about store technology, with a strong eagerness to learn.
• Flexible and action‑oriented.
