Lead Client Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Client Advisor to join FIS’s Client Advising team. In this senior consulting position you will guide large‑scale client integration projects, including system conversions and product launches, ensuring successful delivery and strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead assigned portions of client implementation and integration engagements, covering system conversions, product launches and testing initiatives.
• Act as a trusted business and technical advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Manage implementation activities and milestones, delivering on time, within budget and to high quality standards.
• Develop implementation deliverables, testing strategies, validation plans and client readiness activities while mitigating risks.
• Coordinate client training, business validation, certification and data verification to ensure smooth transition to production.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in strategic consulting or client implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong business and technical acumen in payment card issuing, systems integration and regulatory requirements across UK, EMEA and APAC markets.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders, strengthen client partnerships and lead cross‑functional teams.
