Resources Management Officer – P Level

About the role

The Resources Management Officer (P) will support the Chief of Mission in overseeing budgetary, financial and administrative functions for IOM Cyprus. Reporting to the COM and working closely with senior regional and headquarters teams, the officer ensures efficient resource management and contributes to structural reforms.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the Resource Management Unit, ensuring compliance with IOM policies and procedures.
• Plan and implement structural reforms in coordination with the Chief of Mission.
• Provide budgetary and financial support to Heads of Units and Project Coordinators.
• Coordinate with the Regional Office for Europe and Central Asia, DFAM at HQ, and the Global Shared Services Centre.
• Monitor and report on financial performance, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Required profile

• Relevant professional experience in resource, financial or administrative management.
• Ability to work under direct supervision of senior management and collaborate with multi‑level teams.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
