Finance Officer – Crypto & Options Expertise

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Finance Officer to join our CySEC‑regulated entity in Limassol. The role focuses on financial operations within a fast‑growing fintech environment, covering crypto, options, and traditional finance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Daily bookkeeping, reporting and reconciliations across CRM, banks, liquidity and payment providers.
• Crypto controls, including wallet and exchange accounting.
• Tracking and valuation of options and derivatives.
• Monitoring market exposure, P&L and risk oversight.
• Regulatory compliance, tax reporting and CySEC‑related filings.
• Cash‑flow management, payment execution and bank liaison.
• Support audit processes and provide interim and year‑end reviews.
• Office administration, equipment and supplier coordination.
• VAT, VIES and related tax return preparation.
• Bank account setup and other banking tasks.

Required profile

• Finance or business degree.
• 3–4 years of CFD/Forex experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
• Advanced CySEC certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Independent work style in a dynamic setting.

Required skills

• MS Office proficiency, especially Excel.
• Financial reporting knowledge, budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience with financial systems and crypto tools.
