Finance Operations Professional (Graduate)

About the role

As a Finance Operations Professional (Graduate) you will support the Bill‑to‑Cash cycle, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely payment processing and strong stakeholder relationships. Based at Amdocs’ Limassol site, you will work closely with project managers, finance and technology teams to drive operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and validate large data sets from internal and external stakeholders to support invoicing and reporting.
• Manage incoming payments, allocate them to outstanding invoices and resolve any discrepancies.
• Create and deliver invoices on schedule, adhering to contractual terms.
• Collaborate with project managers to track milestones and trigger timely billing.
• Act as the primary contact for collections, monitor customer balances and perform reconciliations.
• Liaise with internal departments and external auditors for financial reporting and compliance.
• Partner with finance and technology teams to identify AI‑driven automation opportunities.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• 0‑2 years of experience in Accounting, Accounts Receivable or Customer Billing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Interest or hands‑on experience with AI tools, automation platforms or data analytics.
