Toddler Room Leader (Level 3 Qualified) – Cyprus

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Toddler Room Leader (Level 3 Qualified) to join a leading British early years setting in Cyprus. You will oversee a dedicated team caring for children aged 2‑3 years, creating a nurturing, play‑based environment that encourages curiosity, creativity and confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of Early Years Practitioners.
• Design and deliver high‑quality learning experiences aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Plan engaging activities that support communication, language, social, emotional and physical development.
• Monitor children’s progress, maintain accurate learning records and produce reports.
• Build strong partnerships with parents and carers.
• Ensure safeguarding, welfare and health & safety standards are consistently met.
• Promote independence, curiosity and confidence in every child.

Required profile

• Qualified to Level 3 in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience leading a toddler room or similar setting.
• Passion for early childhood development and play‑based learning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to high standards of care, teaching and safeguarding.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Curriculum planning for toddlers.
• Team leadership and staff development.
