Technical Project Manager (Hybrid, Nicosia/Salamanca)

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our growing technology team. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, coordinating efforts across our offices in Nicosia and Salamanca.

Key responsibilities

• Manage software projects from planning through delivery.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Product, Design and business stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
• Coordinate cross‑location teams and track timelines, risks, priorities and blockers.
• Support Agile sprints, reviews and releases, ensuring teams stay aligned and focused on delivery.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in project management, technical coordination or product delivery.
• Good understanding of software development processes.
• Experience working directly with developers and engineering teams.
• Strong requirements‑gathering and documentation abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Organisational and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
