ERP Implementation Consultant & Business Analyst

About the role

Our client, a growing ERP consulting and technology solutions provider, is looking for an ERP Implementation Consultant & Business Analyst to join the team in Nicosia. The role involves supporting ERP implementation projects, analysing business requirements and helping clients optimise their operations through effective use of ERP systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop expertise in Priority ERP and participate in implementation and support activities.
• Analyse client business processes, document current‑state workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
• Map client requirements to ERP functionality, determining configuration, reporting, workflow or development needs.
• Prepare functional documentation, test scenarios, user instructions and functional specifications.
• Support data preparation, migration, testing, user acceptance testing and go‑live activities.
• Deliver user training, hands‑on support and first‑level functional assistance.
• Assist with quality assurance by testing delivered functionality against agreed requirements.
• Contribute to improving internal tools, templates, documentation standards and implementation processes.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong interest in ERP systems, digital transformation and business software.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent spoken and written Greek and English.
• Experience ranging from 1‑2 years (junior) to 6+ years (senior) in business analysis, ERP support or related roles is considered.

Required skills

• Priority ERP (or similar ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, NetSuite, Odoo, Sage, Oracle, Infor).
• Understanding of databases and SQL.
• Experience with reporting tools and data migration concepts.
