Tax Advisory Consultant – Assistant Manager/Manager (Nicosia/Limassol)

About the role

We are looking for a Tax Advisory Consultant at Assistant Manager or Manager level to join PwC’s Tax Advisory Business Unit in Cyprus. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement tax strategies for local and international clients, helping them optimise their tax functions and improve profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients, delivering tax‑specific projects and projects with tax components.
• Advise clients on tax implications of their business plans and structures.
• Conduct tax diagnostic reviews to identify and resolve uncertain tax positions.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Lead and mentor junior staff, supporting their professional development.
• Contribute to technical knowledge sharing within the team.
• Collaborate with Partners and Directors to identify business growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with other service lines to gather necessary information and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or relevant postgraduate/professional qualification) in Accounting, Tax, Business, Economics or related field.
• 4‑6 years of experience advising on Cyprus and international tax matters.
• Highly motivated, able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
