About the role

Epic is looking for enthusiastic Store Sales Consultants to join its retail team in Paphos. You will guide customers through the selection of telecom products and services, ensuring they receive the best solutions for their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advisory services and sell telecom products and services to walk‑in customers.
• Communicate with and support both existing and new customers throughout the sales process.
• Guarantee an excellent customer experience, offering attentive service during the sale and post‑sale support.

Required profile

• Communicative personality with positive energy and a team spirit.
• Secondary education diploma; a university degree is a plus.
• Previous customer‑service experience is an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge and an interest in technology.
• Excellent command of Greek and English.
