Sales Representative – Photovoltaic Systems & Home Automation Solutions

About the role

Smart Living Cyprus is looking for a full‑time Sales Representative to promote photovoltaic systems and home automation solutions to residential, commercial and hospitality clients. The role is hybrid, based in Paphos with occasional remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and nurture leads through consultative selling.
• Conduct on‑site assessments and prepare tailored proposals that match technical requirements and client budgets.
• Present solutions, explain benefits and ROI, and follow up to close deals.
• Coordinate with technical and design teams to ensure accurate system configurations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the CRM and support after‑sales relationships.
• Represent Smart Living Cyprus at local networking and industry events.
• Provide feedback to improve sales processes and customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven sales and client‑relationship skills, including lead generation, negotiation and consultative selling.
• Basic understanding of photovoltaic systems, smart building infrastructure and home automation.
• Fluency in English; Greek language skills are a strong plus.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally within Cyprus.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Integrity, problem‑solving mindset and commitment to inclusive customer service.
