Supervising Senior – Assistant Manager, Business Tax (Cyprus)

About the role

Deloitte Cyprus is seeking a dynamic professional to join its Business Tax team as a Supervising Senior – Assistant Manager. The role involves delivering high‑quality tax compliance and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of local and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients across various industries, handling day‑to‑day tax compliance and advisory matters.
• Liaise with the Cyprus Tax Authorities on compliance issues, including tax audits.
• Stay current with tax developments and apply knowledge to client cases.
• Conduct technical analysis, research, and provide tailored tax‑efficient solutions.
• Lead ad‑hoc advisory projects such as International Tax, M&A due‑diligence, and tax structuring.
• Support business development and thought‑leadership initiatives.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law or International Tax‑related fields.
• Progressing towards or holding ACA, ACCA or ADIT qualification.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in a professional services environment.
• Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
