Corporate Business Consultant – International Clients Services

About the role

PwC's International Clients Services (ICS) competence in Nicosia is looking for an experienced Corporate Business Consultant (Senior Associate level) to support local and international clients with business support and advisory services. The role covers corporate, tax, VAT, legal and accounting matters, and involves overseeing client performance and custody reconciliations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide business support and advisory services to local and international clients
• Address clients' corporate, tax, VAT, legal and accounting matters using existing knowledge and expertise
• Help clients navigate complex business environments and offer strategic solutions
• Respond in real time to corporate and compliance matters, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory frameworks
• Oversee monthly performance and custody reconciliations for assigned clients and review work prepared by the third-party data platform
• Handle data requests by coordinating with multiple parties, and process, record and maintain transaction data relating to client investments
• Work individually and in teams, building trust with clients and mentoring junior team members

Required profile

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in alternative investments projects and being partly-qualified or newly qualified ACCA are advantages
• Strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal English, and good commercial awareness

Required skills

• Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Financial statement analysis, financial modelling and forecasting, and financial risk analysis
