Strategy & Revenue Operations Manager – Marketplace Efficiency

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven Operations & Revenue Manager to own marketplace performance, pricing effectiveness, and revenue optimization across international markets. In this role you will manage supply‑demand balance, optimize pricing and incentive levers, and drive sustainable, profitable growth at city and country level.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end marketplace performance for assigned markets, monitoring KPIs such as growth, revenue, utilization and margins.
• Define, test and optimize pricing levers based on local market dynamics and business objectives.
• Analyze supply‑demand dynamics and recommend actions to improve availability, utilization and service reliability.
• Use data dashboards to track performance, diagnose issues and support investment analysis and business cases.
• Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives with Product, Analytics, Finance and Regional Operations, aligning stakeholders around priorities and timelines.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in operations, revenue management, strategy, analytics or consulting (marketplace or mobility experience a plus).
• Strong analytical skills with experience handling large data sets to drive business decisions.
• Comfortable owning ambiguous problem spaces and making decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Structured thinker with a bias toward execution and measurable impact.
