Store Manager

About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals with strong leadership and organisational skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to lead and inspire their teams towards success. Key responsibilities

• Ensure smooth day‑to‑day operation of the store.
• Lead, organise and support the store team.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service.
• Ensure compliance with operational and quality standards.
• Organise staff schedules and manage the team effectively.
• Monitor stock levels and operational needs.
• Keep the store clean, organised and presented to the highest standard.
• Contribute to achieving operational and commercial targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a supervisory or store management role, preferably in food & beverage or coffee.
• Strong leadership and organisational abilities.
• Ability to motivate, develop and support a team.
• Responsibility, consistency and professionalism.
• Customer‑focused mindset and passion for excellent service.
• Capability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced, demanding environment.
