About the role

Join the kitchen team at La Petite Maison in Limassol, supporting senior chefs in delivering timeless French‑Mediterranean cuisine. You will help maintain high standards of quality, freshness, and presentation while ensuring a safe and organized work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and cooking menu items under senior chefs' guidance.
• Ensure quality, freshness, and presentation of dishes meet brand standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
• Collaborate with the team to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation protocols.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a high‑volume kitchen environment.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification (preferred).
• Strong passion for food and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures.
