Site Engineer – Construction Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Site Engineer to join our fast‑growing construction team in Limassol. You will be responsible for overseeing daily on‑site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day on‑site operations and monitor progress against schedule.
• Plan and schedule project activities, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Oversee building works and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Order, receive and control delivery of site materials.
• Control labour costs and maintain accurate site records, diaries and quality documentation.
• Implement health and safety procedures, policies and legislation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in construction.
• Strong project management and organisational abilities.
• Analytical, problem‑solving mindset with high attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, ambitious and able to work independently.
• Fluent in English and Greek.
